| Happy Boy! |
Today you are six months old! Halfway to one year old!! Mommy and Daddy are in shock that the past six months have passed so quickly. We fall more and more in love with you every single day.

During the month of September, you went to your first football game at the high school to watch Mommy's band. You also attended your first marching band competition. You have such great school spirit!

| Let's go Canucks! |
You are wearing 3-6 month clothing, though some of the smaller onesies and sleepers seem to be getting a bit snug. You'll be in 6-9 month clothing soon enough. You are still exclusively drinking breastmilk. In the coming days, we will start introducing you to different veggies. It's time for Mommy and Daddy to get out the baby food maker!

You are still an awesome sleeper. I don't know if I should say much more than that because I don't want you to get any ideas and stop sleeping so well! Mommy and Daddy sure do love their sleep, and so do you it seems!

Nate, you are such a happy, playful baby! You love your "Step 'n Play" piano toy, and still enjoy your playmats, although it seems that you seem to enjoy rolling around off of your playmats more than playing on them these days. You can sit up and play with a toy by yourself, but will eventually get tired and flop over on your belly. You can get up on your hands and knees and it looks like you want to crawl, but you just scoot backwards instead! It's pretty cute and funny.

I'm going to stop speculating about your teeth every month. You are a drool factory, and EVERYTHING goes in your mouth, but still no sign of teeth! Go figure... I guess they will get here when they get here! You have lots of fuzzy, spiky hair, and it is so adorable! Mommy and Daddy totally love your hair. It's very soft and sticks straight up in the air.

When Mommy went back to work at the beginning of the month, you started to go to your babysitter four days a week. She takes wonderful care of you and you are always so happy when Mommy comes to pick you up... apparently you have earned the reputation of the "happy baby" with the other parents at the sitters. Not a bad rep to have at all!

You had your first little sickness this month - a fever that only lasted about 24 hours. But, because Mommy is a bit overprotective, you earned an extra trip to the pediatrician to get checked out. You were prescribed Tylenol, rest, and snuggles with Mommy so she took a day off to love on you. It was definitely time well spent.

Little Man, you are the greatest kid. Mommy and Daddy love you so much and we are so happy that you are a part of our family! Happy Half-Birthday, kiddo!!
